I think what happens
as I am going
into a foul, low mood,
is that some body/mind mechanism
fires off a bad chemical
because it is programmed
to do that
and I can't do anything
to stop it
and even meditation
doesn't do that much
to my chemistry,
so I have to be with
my bad mood
until a new chemistry
is released
into the body/mind,
which always happens
that makes me up and happy.
You can't fight chemistry!
