When I am practicing
meditation
I observe
my breath
coming in
and going out
of my nostrils,
and I concentrate
on the tip
of my nose,
so I have noticed
that the nostrils
are usually open
and flared a bit,
and that is uncomfortable
in a way,
so while I am practicing
meditation,
I try to undilate
my nostrils,
but I never really
seem to actually succeed.
