is highly encouraged,
chi kung practice
is highly encouraged,
dancing practice
is highly encouraged,
art making
is highly encouraged,
drinking a little bottle of Jack Daniels
is highly encouraged,
taking a couple of aspirin
is highly encouraged,
smoking cigarettes
is highly encouraged,
masturbation
is highly encouraged,
and so it goes

for this screwed-up monk sort of person.
