
In Buddhism
it was said
that Buddha
just sat
and looked
at what
was in front
of him
and that
is what
we are doing
right now
but in Buddhism
we have all
of these interesting practices
designed for trances
and healing
and enlightenment
(whatever that is)
but really
just sitting
is the ground of life
it is what we do
most of the time
but if you sit
for too long
watch out
because your butt
might start to hurt.
